POTATO MOMO RECIPE

HOW TO MAKE POTATO MOMO?

INGREDIENTS
ITEM
AMOUNT
Wheat flour
1 kg
Potato
1 kg
Onion
½ kg
Ginger garlic paste
1 ½ spoonful
Cooking oil
3-5 spoonful
Miscellaneous
Tasting masala(As per your wish)

PREPARING MOMO STUFFING


  1. Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces.
  2. Cook the cut potatoes after proper rinse.
  3. Simultaneously while cooking potato, chop ½ kg of onion.
  4. Mix cooked potato and chopped onion.
  5.  Add 1 ½ spoonful of ginger garlic paste, 3-5 spoonful of cooking oil to the mixed potato and chopped onion.
  6.  Smash the all these ingredients properly. 
  7.  Your momo stuffing is ready.

PREPARING DOUGH FOR MOMO
There are two way of making dough for momo. One for the baked momo and other for the normal momo dough.

FOR THE NORMAL MOMO
Take 1 kg of wheat flour.
Add three small cups of water and make a proper dough.
 Your dough for normal momo is ready.

FOR BAKED MOMO 


  1.  Take 1 kg of wheat flour.
  2. Add 45 g of baking powder.
  3. Mix these properly for 3 minutes.
  4. Add three small cups of water.
  5.  Start making dough.
  6. Your dough is ready for making baked momo.

MAKE YOUR DESIRED DESIGN OF MOMO(After making small flattened round dough)

STEAM FOR 15 – 20 Minutes.
